  • about how staff teams talk about what is possible for people
  • about the responses given by staff to a man with with autism highly distressed, in the middle of a train station due to a change in the schedule – How do people choose to support him?
  • what happens at 2:16 am on a Wednesday in a dementia care unit when a lady is found outside her room looking for her late husband for the 10th time that evening – How is this responded to?
  • about how people are supported following a serious incident in a CAMHS unit. What evidence is there of focus on the wellbeing of both the young person and support staff? What evidence is there that the incident has been reviewed to ensure that lessons learned are understood and fed back to the support team to mitigate future incidents?
